To qualify for a return, the component must be free from cosmetic damage, user-inflicted scratches, or bent interface pins, and kept in its original pristine anti-static packaging with all factory serial codes, stickers, and box contents intact.

To maintain strict anti-counterfeiting controls, data security, and authentication standards for our technology network, internal components whose sealed anti-static bags or protective plastic shells have been unsealed, cut open, or modified cannot be returned or exchanged unless a structural hardware failure is officially diagnosed and confirmed by our engineering team. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial refunds within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and courier arrangements for verified manufacturer errors will be fully managed and covered by FlashBase.
